PHP Site Safety Check

Privacy policy

Data used to provide the service

ChatGPT sends tool inputs: a website address, PHP version, hosting company or plan, and the step you request. It may also send pseudonymous user, organization, conversation, and transport-session identifiers. The app uses these to provide guidance, keep checks within a conversation, and apply limits. These identifiers are hints, not proof of identity.

For a website check, the app resolves the hostname and requests only the public homepage, following a limited number of redirects within that site. Paths, query strings, and URL fragments you supply are removed. The website operator and DNS/network providers see the request and the service’s network address. The app reads bounded response data for PHP and hosting clues. It returns the relevant results to ChatGPT; it does not save page bodies.

Retention and limits

Recent site addresses, versions, verdicts, and conversation hints are held in application memory for up to six hours after the last session activity, with expiry cleanup about once per minute. They disappear on restart and may be evicted sooner when capacity is reached. Pseudonymous limit records and recently checked domains are held until the next UTC day, with cleanup about once per minute.

Production stores daily aggregate check-attempt counts, SHA-256 domain digests, and minute-level ingress counters in Cloudflare Durable Objects. A private service credential is also stored there to protect the Worker-to-container connection; it is not a user credential. Digests are not guaranteed anonymous: public domain names can be guessed. The current daily budget record is replaced when a check is attempted on a new UTC day; the ingress record is replaced on a new active minute. Check attempts that are later refused may still count against the limits. Cloudflare recovery history can retain earlier copies according to its configured recovery window. The app does not persist chat text, passwords, API keys, screenshots, page bodies, or full tool results.

Providers and operational logs

The hosting provider is Cloudflare Workers, Containers and Durable Objects. If enabled, Cloudflare handles DNS, HTTPS, and traffic filtering. These providers process connection information such as IP addresses and request metadata and may store logs or backups under their policies and the operator’s account settings. Configured log retention: Cloudflare Workers Paid and Container application logs: 7 days. Automatic invocation logs are disabled by the app configuration; provider security and connection metadata remain subject to Cloudflare policies.. Configured recovery retention: Cloudflare SQLite-backed Durable Object point-in-time recovery: up to 30 days. No additional database exports or backup copies are configured by this app.. App error logs contain status codes and aggregate abuse flags, without raw user identifiers, tool inputs, target URLs, or credentials.

OpenAI processes conversations and tool results under its own terms and privacy policy. This app does not receive your whole conversation, unless information is included in tool inputs. Do not include secrets or personal information in those inputs.

Purpose and your choices

Data is used to answer checks, preserve short-term comparison context, prevent abuse, and diagnose service errors. The app adds no advertising trackers or analytics scripts, sells no data, and sends no marketing messages. The website sets no app cookies.

You can stop using or disconnect the app in ChatGPT and manage your ChatGPT conversation history there. For app-data questions or deletion requests, contact the address above. Because the app has no user account and stores limited data, the operator may need details you choose to supply to locate a temporary record. Provider logs and backups are subject to their applicable deletion and retention controls.

Changes

Material changes will be reflected in this policy. Recheck it when the app’s behavior or providers change.
